Rayvik is in beta. These terms are short on purpose — they'll grow as the product does.
Agreement
By using rayvik.app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Beta status
Rayvik is under active development. Features described on this site may change, ship late, or not ship at all. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee a beta invite — invites go out in small batches as we're ready for them.
Not medical advice
Rayvik gives training guidance, not medical advice. It can tell you when the numbers say to back off — it can't diagnose an injury. If something hurts beyond normal training fatigue, see a professional. You're responsible for your own training decisions.
No warranty
The site and any beta software are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rayvik is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or the beta.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding on this site belong to Rayvik. Apple Watch, Garmin, COROS, Suunto, Polar, and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners — mentioning them doesn't imply any affiliation or endorsement.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms. The date at the top always reflects the latest revision.
